Provisions
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Provisions is a tool for sketching and simulating how systems behave: a napkin that runs the math. This policy explains how Provisions (“the app”, “we”) handles your information. The short answer is that it never collects any.
None. Provisions does not collect, store on our servers, transmit, or share any personal information. We have no servers that receive your data, and the app does not ask you to create an account or sign in.
Anything you build in Provisions (your nodes, pools, flows, values, and layouts) is saved locally on your device only. This content stays on your device, under your control. We never see it, receive it, or have any way to access it.
If you use iCloud Backup or another device backup, your device may include the app’s data in your backup, like any other app. That backup belongs to you and is managed by Apple and your settings; we have no access to it.
If you purchase the optional Business subscription, the entire transaction is handled by Apple through your Apple Account. We never receive your name, email address, billing address, or payment details. The app communicates with Apple’s App Store only to complete the purchase and confirm your subscription status so it can unlock what you’ve paid for. That exchange stays between your device and Apple; we operate no servers it could go to. Apple’s handling of your purchase is described in Apple’s privacy policy.
Provisions contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs). We do not track your activity in the app or across other apps and websites.
If you have opted in to “Share with App Developers” in iOS settings, Apple may share aggregated, anonymised crash and usage statistics with us. That sharing is controlled entirely by Apple and your settings, not by the app, and never includes anything you create in Provisions.
The app makes no network connections of its own, with one exception: it talks to Apple’s App Store to process and verify subscription purchases, as described above. None of your content or personal information is part of that. Links to pages like this one open in your browser, outside the app.
Because Provisions collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
If Provisions ever adds features that change how information is handled (for example, optional cloud sync in a future paid tier), we will update this policy and the “last updated” date above before those features ship, and describe exactly what changes.
